We played golf again at the Ridge on Thursday and the day was sunny. We could see Mt. Rainier (over my left shoulder in this photo). This time, I lost 2 golf balls trying to get onto the green on the 6th hole. I finally gave up.

Breakfast at Murchie's

We've been walking to Murchie's for breakfast. They have a delicious breakfast sandwich on scones and wonderful pastries. And of course a pot of tea for each.

We played golf at the Cordova Bay 9-hole par 3 course today. You can see Haro Straight in the background. This is hole 6. You have to hit the ball off this high cliff across the water and onto the green below (see man on green). We both made it to the other side.

You can see my ball just below the sand pit. I missed the pit, but chipped it past the green into the rushes on the other side.

 We had afternoon tea at the Empress Hotel today. Here's Sandra showing her pinwheel sandwich at tea. We had five types of finger sandwiches, scones, and an assortment of sweets. Plus we drank 1 and a half pots of tea.
